Participants will spend time creating an actionable plan to work towards the success they desire. The group coaching session will be facilitated by Markiesha Wilson, certified executive coach, management consultant, and author of In the Climb. AudaciTea™ program is designed for women who want to dive deeper to discover their unknown behavior patterns and learn solutions to address the unique challenges that women encounter in the workplace.
